Everytime I am in the mood for a lil dippin, I always give these guys a ring and just like that we on the roll. Some people come at me on facebook straight hatin but that's all they could do. They couldn't shake me coz I know I got them good.

They're the kind that will give it to you GOOD when you need to be in checked. To other people they are strays but to me they don't play.  Love the way that I am the QUEEN of the Pack.

CGA Hayahay Restaurant

Thursday, June 02, 2016

I'm the one who goes to a newly opened restaurant not because it is new but because I wanna try what they serve. I don't want no nonsense when it comes to what I eat. If you are like me who wants home cooked meals like how your mama would serve you then this one is for you. Forget the flashy and classy restaurants, if you want to use your hands while eating feel free to do so, they wont mind.

What I love about this restaurant is the homey vibe they gave me. When I went there, I felt like I was just in our backyard waiting for mom to serve the food minus the washing of the dishes thereafter. The open interior is very perfect for the very humid climate we have here.

The price? Very affordable. It wont make you cry looking at your wallet.

More pictures later.

Afternoon Delight

Tuesday, March 22, 2016

Some boring afternoon and we found our way to a local coffee shop and grab some afternoon delight. It is always a riot whenever I am with my homies. It's always good to know that you are with the people you love coz your secrets get thrown at your face and it is okay. All those skeletons in my closets go out and play because I know I am safe with them!

How to Find Mr. Right

Tuesday, February 09, 2016

Some of us had been searching for Mr. Right for a while now. It must have been an exhausting ordeal right. I mean, you are merely searching for someone who may not exist. But we should never loose hope. Someone out there is just waiting to be our Mr. Right.

I have asked my friends who already found their Mr. Right on how to find my very own man. Below are their opinions/tips on how to catch a good man.

1. Go out but not a lot. You should go out. Hang out with your friends. Go to places that you have never been before. Take that weekend trip that you have been planning. Chances are Mr. Right is just waiting for you in your weekend getaway.

2. Go to Reunions. See someone you used to have a crush with from high school or college. Who knows they might also have a crush on you. They just never had that confidence to say it to you before.

3. Create a new hobby. If you have new things to do means you have higher chance of meeting new people with the same interest with you.

4. Get a new haircut. This is just my perspective with haircuts. New hair new life. Sounds so lame but I just want you to have that confidence that comes with the new up-do.

5. Shop! Jazz up that boring style. I want you to slay! Dress everyday like you are going to meet Mr. Right.

6. Smile often. I belive that a smile just set things right.

7.Be the best version of you. Don't let things get you down. Be positive. Have a positive outlook in life. Positivity is the key.

When you are done working with yourself and you are mature enough, you will realize that there is no Mr. Right. Mr. Right is just a fucked up idea of a person we want to have. Certain standards we purposely create. And when we don't see that qualities in a person, we ended up hating life for not giving us what we want.

I didnt mean to say that you have to lower that standards so that everyone would fit your description of Mr. Right. I mean, we just have to be realistic with it. I know you don't want to waste your time but I want you to take things slow. Believe me at the end of the day, it will all be alright.

10 Amazing People of my 2015

Monday, February 01, 2016

All right! How amazing was my 2015? It started very rough but it ended up how I wanted it to be. A lot has happened. A lot of firsts. It might be a little late to do this tradition but I want to thank the people who made my 2015 worth looking back.

10. The man I love. How I wished you kept it a little G for me to know that you don't love me anymore. But still, I want to thank you for helping me learn when to end a relationship. The feeling of not knowing where you stand in a person's life is the worst feeling in the world.

9. My Girl Honey Cocaine. Your songs kept me in check.

8. Batibot. You always make me happy.

7. Lucas Soétaert. Thank you for everything. I had the best and most memorable summer with you.

6: Samantha Mae Cavalida. I've been finding words to write here. Just to let you know how much you mean to me with out it sounding like you are my girlfriend. You are my Ride or Die kind of friend. You are my rock. You keep me sane when I am insane. And always, as always you were always there for me. Thank you.

5. Madixlej. Thank you for acting delighted to hear all my crazy stories. I needed an outlet for all my whines and rants and you were always there ready to listen.

4. Yazz. Thank you for all those private dances. You just made me want to drop. We go hard!

3. Cara. You are an Inspiration.

2. Klynt. Thank you for the laughs. Hope you like snapchat.

1. Kajane. You know why you are always no.1. Please be on snapchat.

Pardon my Absence

Wednesday, January 20, 2016

Sorry for my absence. No I wasn't dead and gone. No I wasn't planning to take over the world. Let's just say I was hibernating. Now that I am fully awake. I can put my hands back on deck.

A lot has changed since then, though I still got the same job but I felt like I have the same old brand new me. Sounds confusing right? But you see, in between that confusing statement, I found me. Lost, drowned but still breathing.

Let's forget about everything in the past and start anew. Play if you have to play. Run if you have to run but just don't quit. Let's all be a game changer. You know the one who changed the game not the one who sits on the bench and let the game thaw out.

Hacks To Improve Yourself

1. Start reading a book. It will take you places.
2. Be confident. If you're not, fake it. It will come.
3. Brush your teeth first before putting your clothes on.
4. Sing in the shower. It helps make things better.
5. Never ever take a nude photo. It will haunt you.
6. Never change yourself for someone, unless that someone is you.
7. Always go out in public like you are about to meet the love of your life.
8. Do things that needs to be done without complaining. Complaining doesn't make things easy.
9. The one who gets angry first loses no matter the circumstance.
10. Ask more than you answer. People loves go talk about themselves.

Remembering Amber

Wednesday, September 23, 2015

As a nurse, you get to meet people. Some of them you get a chance to change their life. Some of them change you. I didn't meet Amber in the hospital. I met her on the bus on my way home from Cebu City 2-3 years ago. Believe me, I vaguely remember anything. She sat on the aisle beside me. She was vomiting as she gets sea sick (motion sickness) easily like me. So I immediately offered my menthol candy hoping that it would help her ease being sick. That started our conversation. I had stepped down the bus and that was the last time I saw her.

150 days ago, as I return home from my night shift, a woman was waiting for me at home. She told me that her daughter wants to see me. I felt weird. I asked myself if I had done something wrong lately. Mischief don't fall short when I am around. So, I went to their house only to realize I was being summoned by someone who is on her deathbed.

Her mom helped me refresh my memory. She reminded me when and where I met Amber. She told me that on the day I met Amber was the day she was diagnosed with Leukemia. She said that I told Amber that my favorite song was Dancing in the Moonlight by Toploader which still is my favorite song. Whenever Amber was feeling lonely and feeling the pangs of the disease she always ask her mom to play that song.

A few minutes after I saw Amber, she had left the other side. I was just standing there stunned and feelingless. I don't know how to react. I was out of words. I had a lot of questions.

I have realized that, I have done something good with my life. I have succeeded as a nurse. I have changed one life and that's all that matters.

The world wont be doomed if we are kind to one another. Even the simplest gesture of kindness could mean so much to someone. We only have one life. We have to serve a purpose and whatever it maybe we have to get ready for it. So that when it is time for you to go, you have a pretty good resume.

Now I have one angel in heaven watching over me. I miss you little Amber.
