One True Love

I believe in the saying that we all have that one person whom we will love for the rest of our lives.  I met mine last December 10, 2011. It started out as a joke and ended up as the biggest farce of my life. In between those jokes, he made me happy. He made me feel so special. He made me feel alive. There was something about him that I just can't resist. 

I know his role in my life is already over. We lived our seperate ways for a year and a half. No call no show. No nothing. I have dated other people. Experienced new things. Been happier than ever. Or so I thought. 

I saw him, for the first time in a long time last weekend. Ohh, he is so ravishing. There's something in me that only him can ignite. Just like that and my walls came tumbling done. I don't know how a simple smile could bring me down on my knees. 

I just realized that he is my one true love. That one true love I wish I could have. I just hope one day, in time, I could fully moved on! Just not today!

It feels so good to be back on the gym again. To sweat it all out. 

We had some zumba classes too.

The Philippines on a Plate

The Philippines is a melting pot of cultures.  Which means that some of our dishes has an international kick to it. May it be Japanese, Chinese, American, French, Italian, Persian. Name it, we have it. Some were store bought and some were made by my friends. 

1. Macy- a Chinese dumpling-like treat. 

2. Oatmeal cake- made by my American Friend

3. Taco- Mexican taco bought at a local deli

4. Puto- all time Filipino Favorite

5. Baked scallops- bought at a local resto

6. Persian Kebab- made by my Moroccan friend.

7. Chicken Lollipops- made by my French Friend

Noble Profession

Today, I felt like giving a shout out to all the NURSES, DOCTORS and all Medical People who are working their asses off, leaving their families just to serve the countrymen and never credited for what they have sacrificed. We work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without HOLIDAYS but still we are being slammed for taking our lunch. There are those people who can't wait and wanted to be served first. SHAME ON YOU.



I work without complaining... you complain without working.. DAFUQ is wrong with society!!
